When sending your first mesage, please make it related to you wanting a commission to avoid confusing you for a bot

The process I will be following is going to be a queue list. This means It will be in the order of clients that have reach out & made a payment first, ending with the most recent client’s commission received. No payment = no spot.

My workflow: sketch > final sketch phase > lines, if required > flats > lighting and effects, if required > rendering > overlays & final touches > finished artwork!

Time of art commission completion will be between a few days to a week, which highly depends on the art-style chosen and the complexity of the piece complexity. However, please mind that your turn in the queue isn’t a factor in this.

Please do not rush me if my estimated time is not nearing its end yet, and kindly do not expect me to finish the day after you have ordered a commission.

Short deadlines will have to be negotiated prior to anything. A fee may be included depending on the date and how long the art-style chosen often takes. Remember I am a human artist who has a life and problems outside of my work.

If unforeseen event occurred that could delay or prevent completion of your art piece, you’ll be contacted and informed about it as soon as I find ability to do.

The finished artwork will be sent though Gmail

Please provide visual references of any original characters, environments or backgrounds.

Please describe how you want your artwork to be. The posing, expressions, outfit, lighting and how the overall look looks in your mind. Sending visual references will help me understand what you want more clearly, which will be alongside text descriptions and directions.

If you’re unable to find a reference photo, Do not be shy to also send stick-man figures or a simple doodle to help us work towards your intended goal.

Note that the artist retains the right to refuse a commission request.

Payment will be through Paypal invoices ONLY. If you have any difficulties about paying for your commission please talk to me directly and I'll try my best to work through it with you.

Client is free to pick between two payment options:

A) 100% of Payment is upfront. This is a preferred option to avoiding loss of an unnecessary amount in taxes.

B) 50% of Payment upfront & %50 of payment after I have received your approval for final sketch phase

No commission will go past the sketch phase until they are fully paid for.

Base prices are subject to change based on complexity of request, this will be negotiated with client.

I DO NOT accept refunds or cancelations, once the commission has gone past the sketching/revision phase you have agreed that you are happy with it and the work is to be finished.

Revisions during the sketch phase are free of cost, regardless of how small or big. This stage is crucial to reaching your satisfactory goal.

Please mind that Honesty is very important during revisions, if you are unhappy with anything, let me know so I’m able to correct it as fast as possible.

After the final sketch phase approval, revisions get harder but are still possible. Communication is the key to hopefully make both parties satisfied:

A) Small revisions are free of cost, such as color corrections, changing an expression or other similar simple tasks. However, Please note that frequent revision requests will be charged, so please be mindful and honest as soon as possible, while mentioning everything you deem in need of change.

B) Major revisions such as Pose changing, a different composition or character/ outfit design etc.. past the stage of final sketch phase will incur additional charges to the original commissions price.

As requested previously in the contract, if you have a very clear image of what you are going for I will need you to clarify and give as much detail as early in the process as you can.

All artwork is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. This means you can claim the rights of your own character (s) and have ability to share the work on social media/use as a wallpaper/icon or on toyhouse. You also have right to print and hang it on your wall or gift it to a friend, however, you do not own the rights to the drawing itself.

Please do not reproduce the artwork for mass consumption/ promotional work/ marketing for a product or company/ selling as prints, stickers or any sort of product and any similar commercial use without a commercial license.

You may not take credit for the artwork, trace or alter the work in any way.

Training and processing the artwork through any AI training and generative site/device is strictly prohibited. Reproducing a commission for any blockchain related reasons, including NFTs, is also prohibited.

The artist retains the right to post the commissioned artwork’s final product and/or the artwork while still in progress, on their website or social media. Unless discussed and agreed on previously with the artist.

All cookie run Sprites will go though a “redesign” to fit the aesthetic and style of the game as accurate as I can. Though I will still frequently consult my client if anything i add or change is ok by my clients standard.

if the design is very complex the price could change, but we can discuss it more in DMs.

you are free to use the Sprites to your hearts content,You can upload them to the cookie comic creator or use them as a part of your projects but as my TOS states, you cannot claim you made the sprite.

Sprites will contain a tiny signature to avoid plagiarism or theft, but it will not be visible and will be hard to spot.
